Really good Stay, A Tranquil Oasis!

station proximitybasement storecomplimentary amenitiesmodern room
I found the proximity to Nishi-Shinjuku Station useful. It provided convenient access to the M line. The 7/11 store located in the basement was such a plus for late-night snacks, I was so happy. I especially loved the assortment of complimentary amenities at reception, including hair serum and bath salts. The modern room design was so appealing, the provided pajamas added a cozy touch.
The absence of airport Ta-Q-Bin service posed a bit of an inconvenience, especially since most Japanese hotels offer it.
Facilities
9/10
This hotel offers convenient laundry facilities. Washing and drying cost only 500 yen, really great. There's also a mini bar with cotton pads, hair ties, and skincare products available on the first floor. Luggage scales are even accessible, ensuring travelers can manage their baggage without concern.
Service
10/10
The hotel staff was very helpful in identifying dishes suitable for gluten-free meals at the restaurant. The Chief Concierge provided assistance when a pre-booked taxi didn't arrive. It made a HUGE difference for my travel plans!!!
Dining
9/10
Hearth, the hotel's restaurant, catered wonderfully to gluten-free needs. It ensured a safe dining experience. The breakfast buffet offers a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, so that you can try different things. It really provided a great start to each day.

Good hotel, some issues

friendly staffconvenient storesmall roomuncomfortable sofa
The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our bags for free when we visited other cities. The restaurant was nice.. plus there was a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. Free razors and mouthwash were available too.
The triple room was far too small. It was a double room with an extra bed. The suite was underwhelming. The sofa was not comfortable.

Acceptable Stay, Breakfast Issues

awesome staffsubpar foodlimited choice
The room was clean. Awesome staff made sure it was maintained perfectly each day.
The breakfast was the worst. A hotel charges 200+ euro per night. It has a line like McDonald's breakfast. I've never waited in line for breakfast and the food was subpar with limited choices. I can't wait to leave.

The breakfast had good options. A 7-Eleven was conveniently located downstairs.
The room was quite small, and it made it difficult to manage luggage. I also found the pillows to be too hard. The location was not close to the areas I wanted to visit. The hotel seemed lifeless.
